Tips are gifts to the band and aren't tied to a guaranteed play. If you were charged twice, or the band wasn't live, see our refund policy — we'll fix it.

My QR code isn't opening my page.

Make sure you're live from Backstage → Home before the show. The QR always points at your fan page; Go live is what lets nearby fans find you.

Payments say 'not connected'.

Open Backstage → Setup, step 3, and finish the Stripe form. Charges turn on within a few minutes of completing it.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in page tap 'Forgot password?' and we'll email you a reset link.
